Care & longevity
Wipe clean with a soft, lightly damp cloth. Never submerge. Dry indoors away from direct heat. Reed mellows from light wheat to honey over years; this is welcome, not a defect.
Shipping & returns
In-shop pieces ship within 5 business days; made-to-order copies in 1–2 weeks. Returns accepted on non-custom pieces within 30 days of delivery, in original condition.
Change the height, swap the handle, work it in another colour. The pattern is yours to alter. And when a basket has to fit an exact shelf or an exact job, we weave it to order. Tell us what you need.
