Orders & shipping
How long until my basket ships?
Most baskets ship within 1 to 3 weeks after payment confirmation. Digital patterns are delivered immediately at checkout.
How do you ship and what does it cost?
Rates are calculated live at checkout from your order's packed size, weight, and destination, so you pay the real carrier cost rather than a flat fee. We ship with USPS, UPS, and FedEx, and you pick from the options shown. Include a street address; add a PO Box when applicable. Full shipping and returns terms.
What payment methods do you accept?
Mastercard, Visa, American Express, and Discover are accepted at checkout.
What if my order arrives damaged or I need to return something?
Write to us first so we can send handling instructions before any return ships back. Include your order number and a photo of the damage when reporting an issue.
Custom work
Do you take custom basket orders?
Yes. Send the shape, the dimensions, and what it's for. We'll write back with a quote and the finishes you can pick from.
How long does a custom project take?
Most projects ship 3–4 weeks after the brief is settled. Larger built-ins and seasonal demand can stretch that, and we will be upfront about timing before any work begins.
Is a deposit required?
Yes. A deposit secures the spot on the bench and covers materials. The balance is due before the piece ships.
Classes & wholesale
Do you teach classes or workshops?
We teach classes seasonally. Write to us for what's coming up, or to book a private group. See what we teach.
Do you offer wholesale?
Yes, we sell wholesale. Put "wholesale" in the subject and tell us roughly what quantities you have in mind.
Do you work with interior designers and trade clients?
Yes. Say you're trade when you write and we'll take it from there.

How is my information used?
We use your details to fill your order and answer your questions. We don't sell them to anyone.
