Bean Pot Basket
A traditional bean pot basket is a sturdy, handwoven carrier made specifically to fit a hot ceramic bean pot. It comes from old New England baked-bean traditions, when families slow-baked beans for hours and often carried the heavy pot home from a community oven or brought it along to Sunday meals and gatherings. Today, a bean pot basket is both a practical piece and a warm slice of American folk craft—perfect for rustic kitchens, heritage displays, and anyone who loves classic comfort-food history.
